| QLogic provides the following easy-to-verify identification methods to ensure you receive only genuine high-quality QLogic products.
 HBA Product Labels– Located directly on all 2Gb and 4Gb Fibre Channel HBA boards. (Both OEM- and channel distribution versions)
Tamper-Resistant Sealing Labels – Located on all “–CK” model HBA packaging. (Channel distribution only)
See below for simple steps to check your product using each method.

HBA Authentication Label Method |

 Locate the 3D holographic label on your HBA. Label is placed directly “on the board” on all OEM- and channel distribution version 2Gb and 4Gb Fibre Channel HBAs.

 Verify the label is authentic. Angle label up, down, right and left. You should see 1, 2, 3 or 4 dots on each side of the logo as shown below.

| Sealing Label Method |
Locate the 3D holographic sealing label on your HBA packaging. The tamper-resistant box sealing label will be applied to one of the side corner edges of all –CK model boxes. (Channel distribution only)
Verify the label is authentic. Angle label up, down, right and left. You should see 1, 2, 3 or 4 dots on each side of the logo as shown below.
