QLogic provides the following easy-to-verify identification methods to ensure you receive only genuine high-quality QLogic products.
 Adapter Product Labels– Located directly on all 2Gb, 4Gb and 8Gb Fibre Channel Adapter boards. (Both OEM- and channel distribution versions)
Tamper-Resistant Sealing Labels – Located on all “–CK” model adapter packaging. (Channel distribution only)

 Locate the 3D holographic label on your adapter. Label is placed directly “on the board” on all OEM- and channel distribution version 2Gb, 4Gb and 8Gb Fibre Channel Adapters.

 Verify the label is authentic. Angle label up, down, right and left. You should see 1, 2, 3 or 4 dots on each side of the logo as shown below.

| Sealing Label Method |
Locate the 3D holographic sealing label on your adapter packaging. The tamper-resistant box sealing label will be applied to one of the side corner edges of all –CK model boxes. (Channel distribution only)
Verify the label is authentic. Angle label up, down, right and left. You should see 1, 2, 3 or 4 dots on each side of the logo as shown below.
