Is Your Product Authentic?
QLogic provides the following easy-to-verify identification methods to ensure you receive only genuine, high-quality QLogic products.
- Adapter product labels – Located directly on all 2Gb, 4Gb, and 8Gb Fibre Channel Adapters (OEM and channel).
- Tamper-resistant sealing labels – Located on all –CK model adapter packaging (channel only).

Locate the 3D holographic label on your adapter. Label is placed directly "on the board" on all OEM- and channel distribution 2Gb, 4Gb and 8Gb Fibre Channel Adapters. |

Verify the label is authentic. Angle label up, down, right and left. You should see one, two, three, or four dots on each side of the logo as shown below. |

Locate the 3D holographic sealing label on your adapter packaging. The tamper-resistant box sealing label will be applied to one of the side corner edges of all –CK model boxes (channel only). |

One side of the holographic authentication label will overlap part of the QLogic logo tape (displays a repeated pattern of the QLogic logo). The product identification (model and serial number) label is affixed over the QLogic logo tape. | |
