With QLogic’s Virtual I/O Controllers (VIC) you are able to connect Infiniband clusters to 4Gb Fibre Channel SANs and/or 10Gb Ethernet Networks. VICs can be added to any of the QLogic SilverStorm 9000 product family chassis. The modular design allows the fabric to be configured based on the actual number of ports required.
