Mr. Shah joined QLogic in April 1996. Mr. Shah is Vice President and General Manager of the Storage Solutions Group. During the first nine years, his focus was driving adapter software strategy and helping grow the Host Bus Adapter business in the Fibre Channel and iSCSI markets. Since May 2005, Mr. Shah has been leading the development of various storage solutions, including intelligent Storage Routers, to expand markets for QLogic products.

Prior to joining QLogic, Mr. Shah worked at Western Digital, developing interfaces for enhanced IDE and ATA CD-ROM and helping Apple transition from SCSI to an ATA interface for disc/CD-ROM in desktop and notebook computers. He worked extensively on I/O subsystems at Unisys for more than three years.
