Mr. Hawkins has been with QLogic since January 2004. Prior to joining QLogic, he was a partner of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, a law firm with 13 offices worldwide and more than 900 lawyers. He was with O'Melveny & Myers for more than 11 years. As chief legal officer, he is responsible for all legal matters at QLogic.
