New college graduates and summer interns make positive contributions to QLogic by bringing a unique sense of enthusiasm and fresh ideas to the company. At QLogic, we are committed to hiring and transitioning the best and brightest new graduates from the classroom to a high technology environment through our Summer Internship and New College Graduate programs.

New College Graduate Program

QLogic's New College Graduate program allows the company to establish a balanced hiring program of experienced, mid-level, and entry-level professionals by supplementing our experienced workforce with new college graduates. We recruit both non-technical and technical candidates, with special emphasis placed on graduates with majors in engineering, including Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering. We will also consider MBA students, preferably with a technical undergraduate degree.

Summer Internship Program

QLogic's Summer Internship program gives students the opportunity to expand their knowledge outside of the classroom, gaining valuable, on-the-job experience working in a high technology company. Interns participate in a variety of areas, including engineering, operations, technical marketing, finance, legal, and human resources. They are partnered with mentors to ensure their learning experiences are rewarding and successful. In addition, interns from across the company participate in activities together, such as knowledge sharing and field trips.

Internships are 12 weeks in duration. To participate, the student must be currently enrolled in a BA/BS, MS/MBA, or PhD program at an accredited college or university.
